ANIREP plans N$564m rights issue to fund expansion
Alpha Namibia Industries Renewable Power Limited (ANIREP) says it plans to raise approximately N$564 million through a rights offer to support the company's expansion in the renewable energy sector.

DBN’s renewable energy funding tops N$1.2 billion
The Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) has to date funded renewable projects in the country valued at N$1.231 billion. This comes as the development bank provided N$193 million to Anirep Aussenkjerr Solar One to finance the construction of the 20MW Khan solar plant.

Hardferm biogas plant, to be constructed by a Finnish company Doranova Oy and its Namibian partner Alpha Namibia Industries Renewable Energy Power Limited.
