    ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION FORM - FOR USE BY CERTICATED SHAREHOLDERS ONLY

    Those shareholders who wish to participate in the AGM to be held on the 16th of November 2022 at 10:00h via the electronic communication platforms must fulfill the electronic participation below and submit it to ANIREP. These submissions should be no later than 14th of November 2022 at 10:00. The verification online will automatically submit to the company. However, shareholders can also still submit their application form to info@anirep.com. An automatic reference code will be created that will be required on to further fill on the proxy form. We encourage all shareholders to complete verification in advance well in advance.

    I/We herewith approve to use the information provided for the purpose in participating in the AGM. The charges incurred by the shareholder for the electronic AGM participation by the internet or cellphone service provider are not horne by the company and are at the participant own cost. This link is not allowed to be shared with a third party. ANIREP will not be held responsible for any interruption in connectivity that will affect the participant in the AGM and voting.
